I mainly worked with Jason at Elite and he was great! Great customer service. The installers were very easy to work with. They prepped the house so that the mess was isolated and easy to clean. The installation was pretty quick and painless. Honest, reliable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I could not have been happier with selecting Elite Impact Glass. They came HIGHLY recommended from a co-worker who was getting them installed, as well. Plus, they were the lowest priced quote we received. They were also the lowest priced quote for the person recommending them. That made the decision so much easier. Brian was my contact with Elite. He quickly came out to measure and we received that quote the same day. We did have a smaller job so that helps. Anytime I had a question he was quick to answer. During the whole process, he kept me up to date on the status of everything. From the status of the permitting and through the manufacturing of the windows, Brian let me know about every step of the process. The installers were very courteous with covering any furniture to help protect from any dust getting on the furniture. Its construction so there is going to be some dust. I had my own materials to cover things up, but they had their own materials and did it for me. They had our windows installed in a day and half. Once we passed inspection, they came back to finish the caulking on the inside of the house. The whole process was easier than we thought it would be. We have heard stories of people with bad experiences with having impact windows installed. Based on our experience, they clearly did not use Elite Impact Glass.
